The maximum flavor and aroma of some foods is obtained by slow and longer cooking, and the low pressure cooker is an ideal ally to achieve this. The cooker is made of 2.3 mm thick high-quality aluminum, and the inside has a ceramic coating resistant to food sticking.
The 2.8 mm induction bottom makes this cooker suitable for all types of stoves, enabling even cooking and efficient spreading of heat. The low pressure cooker has a glass lid equipped with a silicone gasket and nylon rubber, a jigger valve that maintains the pressure below 2 kPa, and a safety valve below 4 kPa. The outside of the cooker is coated with a heat-resistant layer that provides safety and durability even at high temperatures.
